JNDC is an SME and was founded back in 2007 so we know what it is like to run and manage the day to day operations of a small business.  The majority of our clients are SME’s and owing  to the close working relationships we develop, we have seen and been on their journey as they manage and launch new products into the market.  

Over the years JNDC has identified niches in the market and has internally developed concepts into prototypes; pitched the ideas to potential customers and gone right the way through to production and selling the products.  As demand for the products grew, separate companies were set up and are either still running today in their own entirety or were sold.  

Some of the ideas the JNDC team developed have been licenced, so instead of going through all the intricacies of setting up and running separate businesses, JNDC now simply receives royalties for the designs it develops.

And, of course…we have developed ideas that didn’t make it to market, so have learnt a lot along the way of how to…and sometimes how not to take a product to market.

HOW WE WORK

Our focus is the management of technical risk, from initial concept development through to ongoing production.  Because there are so many different approaches to consider, with so many potential risks, we have developed a robust and progressive approach to early stage risk management, meaning we kick off all projects with a detailed review of the goals and objectives, highlighting how we can work together to deliver a product on time, to quality and to cost.

The past few years have seen much instability in the manufacturing industry, from COVID to Brexit, raw material shortages, foreign exchange through to price increases.  JNDC and our clients have been through it all - so we have the experience and playbook in hand to assist you deliver your project.
