Product Safety Review

We conduct an early stage product safety review with specialist test houses to identify the applicable legislation and standards that might apply to the product we are designing.

Once the design is ready for manufacture a final independent review of our work takes place before the major expense of tooling and production is incurred.

Designing for Certification

The product safety review highlights all the legal and recommended tests that a product must pass to deem it safe for the market. The design team can work through clause by clause to make sure the design is compliant, saving significant rework in the latter stages due to non-conformance.

Trusted Test Houses

Our facilities allow us to test products before going to test houses, however, we are not regulated or authorised to formally certify, that is where our close relationships with certified test houses come in. We are often on site in their test facilities to oversee and manage the final certification process.
