Working with some of the most recognised brands out there we understand how important discretion can be. The management of confidential information and IP is paramount to our approach, and more often than not the work we do for large multinationals can never be disclosed.
How we work
Our focus is the management of technical risk, from initial concept development through to ongoing production. Because there are so many different approaches to consider, with many potential risks, we have developed a robust and progressive approach to early stage risk management.
We find that our multinational customers usually have preferred suppliers to work with, which we are more than used to managing. We also have a broad spectrum of manufacturing partners and can provide alternative options to consider if appropriate to the project needs.
Testing, compliance and certification is an area we specialise in, ultimately reducing the project risk, which we quite often lead and manage for our larger customers.
The past few years has seen much instability in the manufacturing industry, from COVID to Brexit, raw material shortages, foreign exchange fluctuations, through to price increases. JNDC and our clients have been through it all and, therefore, we have the experience and playbook in hand to assist you to deliver your project.
