Design For Manufacture of Industrial Equipment

Background

As part of a previous set of work, JNDC had produced a first prototype to test a new concept of pile driving equipment.  The testing was successful and JNDC was asked to undertake all the detailed engineering design for manufacture.

Development

JNDC produced all the part and assembly drawings needed to manufacture the pile driver.  During the fabrication process, JNDC was on hand to offer manufacturing support to the fabricators. Following the successful assembly of the product, JNDC, along with their client, undertook workshop testing and field trials.

Solution

The design was launched at an industry specific trade show with extremely positive feedback and enquiries.
