Background

JNDC’s customer developed a prototype “Ampfly” iPhone case that boosts music three times louder than normal, achieving a deeper bass through a hidden horn design on the underside of the case.  JNDC were approached to develop the existing prototype into a final product ready for manufacture.

Development

Detailed engineering design for manufacture was undertaken to ensure the product was produced to specification whilst being produced to a very specific target price.  Highly detailed design specifications were provided by Apple, to ensure the case fitted the new I phone that had only just been released onto the market at the time.
