JNDC's staff are the key to the company’s success to date. The company offers several different recruitment options, varying from 8 week summer placements for undergraduate university students through to permanent positions. Shell Step Placement Scheme (8 weeks):
Shell Step brings together students and graduates who want to gain valuable experience on real work placements. JNDC has hosted highly successful placements in the past, with one student going on to win first prize the Shell Step Best Student Placement. Placement Year (1 year):
As part of your degree, JNDC offers a year placement scheme, typically taken between your second and third year at university. Ideally you will be studying either an engineering or design based degree and have both practical and basic theoretical knowledge of manufacturing processes. Over the year you will be expected to work with the JNDC team and manage your own time as well as overseeing projects. Design Engineers (permanent):
JNDC's design engineer’s backgrounds vary from Aerospace through to Product Design. All our engineers have the skill of being able to think outside the box and problem solve, whilst being able to apply engineering and design based knowledge. JNDC is not currently recruiting, however please e-mail us with a covering letter and up to date CV, as your information will be stored on our database and you will be contacted if an applicable position becomes available.
