Quality Management - ISO 9001:2008
At JNDC, we are committed to ensure that all the activities, whether they are organisational (e.g. management and infrastructure) or technical (e.g. CAD modelling, analysis, engineering drawing) comply with the certified JNDC Quality Manual and its associated Quality Plans and thus provide products and services, which meet the customer’s expectations. In order to achieve the objectives, JNDC’s Quality Management System shall be in accordance with the quality system requirements specified in the ISO 9001:2008. The objectives of the Quality Assurance System are:
- To maintain an effective Quality Assurance System complying with International Standard ISO9001 (Quality Systems).
- To achieve and maintain a level of quality which enhances the Company's reputation with customers.
- To endeavour, at all times, to maximise customer satisfaction with the services provided by the JNDC Ltd.
The Environment - ISO 14001:2004
JNDC's Environmental Management System (EMS) provides a framework for the monitoring, recording and improvement of environmental performance within JNDC.
JNDC is in the final processes of being fully compliant with ISO 14001:2004 which provides a mechanism for JNDC to:
- Reduce it’s impact on the environment
- Demonstrate commitment to continual improvement, prevention of pollution and compliance with environmental legislation
- Minimise risk within it’s processes
