JNDC can manage or assist throughout a project and work closely with its suppliers / fabricators and manufacturers to ensure that deadlines are met efficiently.
All projects large and small have a project manager whose primary role is continuous and effective communication between all aspects of the team internally and externally. Thus ensuring a project runs as smoothly as possible.
JNDC uses Microsoft Office Project to track all projects which can easily be used and accessed by the client and any sub contracted company via the client space to ensure that everything runs according to the plan.
